DMC5, I can't get onto Heaven or Hell mode, I've completed the game on Son of Sparda and I can't see any option for it, any assistance would be spectacular?

Son of Sparda will unlock Dante Must Die, not Heaven or Hell. That's unlocked once you beat DMD.
