Hate Campaign on DA?

Isn't there any kind of 'block user' button on DA? I thought there used to be...

yeah, you go into settings and type in peoples names that you want to block... oh lookee, i have a few more to block

Luckily I haven't encountered anyone I felt I needed to block yet, but the asshattery comes thick and fast on DA. It's almost as bad as youtube video comments at times.
