Could anyone tell me if the following tracks have to be purchased from PSN/Xbox Live OR are they on the game disc?

Guitar Hero 5
Duran Duran Hungry Like the Wolf

Band Hero
Duran Duran Rio

From what I can gather, they're on the game disc.

Guitar Hero 5 track list.

Band Hero track list.
