OK. First, you need Adobe ImageReady CS2, or If you have CS3 Extended Version you can use It as well.
Make sure to get the YouTube Downloader. The program has a converter embedded.
YouTube uses .flv
Convert It to avi/mpeg, or use another converting program.
Make sure to cut the video parts in small parts to obtain the part you want. There are a lot of frames to work with to obtain the desired .gif, so cutting the video would make the work less exhausting.
