Me, I don't have many doubts, Devil Jin would crush Evil Ryu.

The ability to fly gives him a huge advantage (he could just fly high up and laser Evil Ryu to death), and he has telekinetic powers which he can use to physically harm people or blow things up to pieces.

Someone must have voted after I made the last post. Cause when I checked, it was Devil Jin 3 - Evil Ryu 2.

Now, I know I'm a Street Fighter fan so I'll look biased and plus the fight apparently ended but I really want to give my input so feel free to disregard my vote.
While Devil Jin surpasses Evil Ryu in so many regards, I mean for one thing: Devil Jin can fly, if Evil Ryu manages to grab him however, that's GG. Evil Ryu is capable of the Raging Demon which is meant to kill opponents instantly.

And thank goodness Ryu vs Asura isn't canon otherwise Evil Ryu would be an absolute stomp on Devil Jin.
