I did a quick Google search, but everything pointed to DMC 4 and Red Queen specifically.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Noctis had a sword with a big engine as part of it. Not sure about XV.

As a game mechanic, I'm pretty sure DMC4 is the only one.
