And yes, putting a dodge button in would be a godsend. The side-roll doesn't work half the time because of an insensitive control stick. ._.
I just used the Jump + Snatch for everyone except Credo, who just used those stupid laser-swords-of-cheapness on Nero and ruined eeeeeet... that monster...

... Anyway, what we were talking about? Oh yeah, Game Informer supporting DmC, right?

... I'm still not fond of the guns overheating though...

Isn't Trickster class the "dodge button"? It's a combo button press with a direction added in, but it does dodge stuff. I'd hope they incorporate something of that nature into the game

I'd still like a dodge button if you were, per say, in Swordmaster style, so you wouldn't have to switch to Trickster, dodge once, then Swordmaster again, even if it -is- fast...

Ahhh... you meant like a non-combo single button press to dodge? That makes a lot more sense. Yes, that would be really convenient. I just got so used to trickster class in DMC 3 I was trying to use it when I replayed DMC 4 with Nero. LoL

Yes, like how in Bayonetta the right trigger lets whoever you're playing as dodge. That would be so helpful if you aren't using Trickster
Yeah, my friends hate my legendary dodging in Bayonetta. LoL. One button dodging is really convenient. But since DMC 3 and 4 drilled into my head a combo-button press for dodging, when I started Bayonetta, I couldn't dodge simply for the fact that I wasn't used to a non-combo button press. Took me like a week to adjust. Oddly, switching back to DMC combo dodging wasn't a problem. It's going back to single button dodging that trips me up every time I play Bayonetta. LoL

I think they're going in the right direction. Such as making Aerial Rave an actual air combo now, and giving Dante a grab move. The gameplay reminds me much more of DMC4 than it does of Heavenly Sword, but I haven't played that.
Kinda hard to judge then don't ya think? :P We also don't know if there is going to be a style system or not. I doubt it, but you never know. :P So Aerial Rave could not be a combo now still. :P

That's why I said that Aerial Rave is probably a combo. The Style System is probably long gone. I quite disliked it anyway...
