Full lifebar.

The question is, should i find and buy all blue orbs to get full lifebar. Or there are more blue orbs in the game, and i could make my lifebar complete, even if i missed some secret missions or blue orbs.

you have to find orbs and complete secret missions aswell as buying them to get a full life bar.

ya there are no extra blue orbs if you new game plus all the blue orbs you got are turned to yellow orbs

Do all the secret missions on normal mode -- that's the easiest way to go about this.

However, I recommend buying all the devil trigger orbs first to make things easier.
