My personal favorite is the one from Devil May Cry 3, when Dante gets his powers. I felt really sorry for him after getting impaled. Then he just explodes with power. It's really cool to see the transformation.

I love the tower dive cutscene, especially at the end where he ends up getting eaten by Leviathan. It reminds me of the scene at the beginning when he just walks out of his shop, puts on his coat in a "cool" style...then ends up sneezing and bringing the entire shop down. I love those moments.
