Well, the problem with that was that the Dante and Vergil set up used the Doppelganger style's coding. Basically what that means is that the game is made to think you're in DT already, but you don't get any of the benefits. Kinda sucks, and it makes the developers seem lazy.

I hate the blob! I thought that was really weak character design. Imagine fighting arkham in sparda's form. That would have been more interesting.

Me too. Looking at it, it's sufficiently gross, but otherwise it looks so amorphous and silly it seems out of place with all these other cool designs for demons, and its such a straightforward (tedious) fight.

If he'd looked like Sparda to begin with and as he takes more damage he gets more and more disgusting and blob-like, that would have been something. But maybe they didn't want to us 'fight Sparda'. Maybe that was too cliche.

I would've liked a fight against Sparda as as first form, THEN he turns into the blob form after that first fight, complete with a new health bar.

Hardest-Nevan was hard as f... for me, I don't know how can she be easy for some of you, then closely after that arkham.
Easiest-would be beowulf, jester and that shadow guy
