Hellsing (I have the more 'mature' series in the manga, and I have watched the OVA. More action, blood and gore. ^_^)

Can watch it all online and might return to UK soon when the new remastered and reanimated episodes have been re-voiced. Known as DB Kai in Japan at the moment and they are nearly at end of Cell Saga currently with the reanimations.

Mine are DBZ and Death Note.

I do like me some Azumanga, but I prefer Lucky Star, when an anime opens with an almost stereotypically otaku girl talking about how you eat a chocolate cornet, you've got a winner.
