It seems that more and more people have come to this forum and a large percentage of these people are people who aren't too fond of the game. There have been so many flame wars as of late and I think the mods have been locking up for more threads than ever before. Is it that hard for people tone down their fanboyism and be a little more tolerant? I really want things to go back to the way it were, with people discussing the game instead of people incessantly complaining about this and that or whatever. The state of this forum has been pi5sing me off for quite some time now and it makes me so ANGRY that a once peaceful forum has degraded into its current state.

Please guys. Please.

And most of the people praise the new MGR, even though it really wasn't all that great. I see what you mean, the feud of DmC and MGR fans has kinda replaced the feud between DmC and DMC fans on here.

Wait wait wait, let's get something out of the way:

One, I really like DmC. It's got its flaws, but it is one hell of an action game.

Two, MGR is valid competition. From what I've seen the game looks amazing and is a high-octane joyride from start to finish.
And it's nothing like any Devil May Cry game aside from the fact that there's a sword and a grading system.

The forums have gotten a bit more caustic since the game got released though. I just avoid them now aside from news releases.

If everyone stuck to the games they enjoyed & didnt feel the need to belittle fans of games they didnt, everyone would get on just fine (with the odd troll always around of course). Had lots of threads like this too which have ended up being filled with arguments from both sides too so closing it as you have made your point.

Opinions will always differ, its how you go about presenting those opinions that becomes the issue.
