error after posting

I keep getting this message everytime i post something in the forum

Can you provide us with a Print Screen of the error so we can best identify it ^_^

oh sorry forgot to post a message

it keeps telling me that i have to wait 30 seconds between posts

^That can often happen if you click the "post reply" button twice by accident. It then assumes your trying to post twice, in which this forum only allows posting once per minuite (or 30secs).

If you try activly clicking the Post Reply button once only and waiting (its not an instant thing) this should remedy your problem.

it happenes to me a lot sometimes i post and wait for a minute and post another reply and i got that message

What Web Browser are you using?

It may be worth clearing your cookies and doing a hard refresh, see if that remedys the problem (usually solves ALOT of problems).

Are you doing anything 'special' when posting? ie. using alot of emoticons etc?

no i don't believe in emotions. i am using IE 8

Hm, well if its not a double-slick issue, try restarting your PC after deleting your cookies. That may help the problem.
