DmC's Demons.

trish technically counts but she and Dante don't really confront it or have any problem with it. Besides they are narcissistic to a fault since they are better looking than most humans. I rather see a demon decide to be a good guy or a human who can turn into a demon or is cursed to be stuck in a demonic visage.
 
I like the look of the demons. They look like something you'd see in a horror painting or sci-fi horror. Since I love sci-fi horror, these things just look awesome. They don't fit the setting by much, but they look cool. I could see them being the villain of a DOS horror game, to be honest.

They do look like a futuristic version of the earliest monsters you fight in Silent Hill 2, but that look can be seen in Kingdom Hearts 2, as well. If the Dusks didn't move so... awkwardly, they could pass as something out of Silent Hill 2.
 
I like the new demons, and i also loved the traditional demons.

Though i doubt they are a goverment experiment, looking back at the marionettes from DMC1 they were just possesed, these guys could be things simply possesed too, not experiments.
 
These are all good points, it's good to know that although were not to trilled about Dante's make over at least the demons still look cool. ^_^
 
^I agree about all the valid points, But I for one will not realy know what I'm dealin with/Be satisfied until I see some potential Boss characters, or at the very least some other enemies, if they include classics such as Frosts, Assaults etc I would realy hope they don't decide to change them too much (at all) this would be a prime example of "just change it for the hell of it" when they could of easily just given the enemies a different name, but why do I have a bad feeling about that one :\
 
I'm actually wondering what Dante's DT is gonna look like now since i want it to look demonic and organic instead of mechanical like the DMC3 one despite how cool it looks.
 
Well if (and I don't think it is) it's a prequel not a reboot, then we shouldn't see Dante's DT, however we may see Vergil's*facepalm* I heard from somewhere that Eve is alive in this and seeing her death will make Vergil unleash his DT.


Oh well, there goes my fanfic.

I love the look of the demons. It looks like they have an angelic sort of exterior that has been chipped away to reveal their true demonic darkness underneath. I'm all for traditional demons, but they are just that: traditional. They've been done so much. I'm all for the new look.
