And maybe some of DMC2's boss design thrown in there, too. DMC2 had some wicked boss designs. The Infested Vehicles and Possessed Arius come to mind.

Oh, and a refight with Nightmare would be fun. He was my favorite boss in the whole series, and it's high-time he came back.

P.Arius was good but the Infesteds were a total waste...also HELLZ YEAH 2 A NIGHTMARE COMEBACK

I actually liked the on the fly style changing. When you get a good grip on it, you can make some pretty awesome combos. Going back to play through 3 after playing 4 sorta messes me up cause I'm used to having Gunslinger right there if I need it. However I thought that the Trickster Style in particular lost a LOT from DMC 3.

I think they should keep the on the fly stuff, but give the 4 (5 if you count DS) styles a little more flair. Not sure why they watered them down.

Better yet, perhaps a mix of the two ideas? Including a nice arsenal of styles for Dante that you pre-equip/equip at the statue for each mission, using up to 4 slots. That way people would have a bit of control over gameplay by customizing which styles they'd have at their fingertips.

I think they watered them down because they didn't have enough memory to keep all styles very deep.

That I doubt. Blu Ray discs have a ton of space. Not only that, but there much bigger games than DMC out there. I think they didn't make it deep because you only play as Dante for a few missions, so they figured it wasn't worth it.

I meant memory as in RAM, not storage. PS3 only has 256MB of RAM, & it can take its share from the GPU, which has only 256MB too. while its possible to give us 10 styles on the fly if it will be a PC exclusive, its not practical, since most DMC fans don't own a capable PC, that's why LDK mode was PC exclusive, the PC could handle more than 20 enemies on-screen.
