DMC4 on Steam redownload issue

So a long time ago I got DMC4 on Steam, but deleted it and now I'm redownloading it.
When I try to redownload it, it finishes instantly, but nothing downloads.
It lets me try to start it, but says it's missing the exe.
I tried everything I could, even looking it up or anything to see what to do..
so...wat do?

You need to contact Steam themselves. Check the download link, though. I don't steam but when I can't download off my history history I tend to go find the item in it's own page and download it from there.
