Sure. I'll tell Shadow Lee Moore that. Oh by the way Shadow Lee Moore told me that Raven isn't a mary sue. Raven is...how do I say this? Well she's a darker side to Shadow Lee Moore. A split personality. Shadow Lee Moore was wondering how it would've been if Raven was Dante's daughter. And how it would've been if she was a devil hunter like Dante. So she sat down, and thought long and hard about it. And as she thought this idea came to her mind, and wouldn't leave her alone until she wrote it down. She liked the story when she started to write it on paper, and once she wrote it down she couldn't stop. It was a long process for her, and she had a hard time because of writer's block, and she ran out of ideas. Shadow Lee Moore has also told me that she based Raven on herself because of her own inner demons that she fights constantly. So she did her best to make Raven a tourtured soul on the inside with the nightmare scene towards the end of the first half of the story. As for Raven's brother...in a way Shadow Lee Moore explained to me that she sees the world in the same light as Sephiroth because there are times that she feels like she wants to get rid of humanity as well but like Raven she sees the good in people sometimes or she gets involed when she needs to.

Hmm....good question. I'll have to ask her. She wrote the whole thing as a script. Shadow told me that is the only way she could write. But I'll let her know. And I'll let you know what she tells me.

Wait SHE PUT HERSELF IN THE STORY

Then again i based my characters attitude on my own but i made sure he was different enough to not make him completely like mine (e.g. he beats innocent people up if he deems them a challenge , sort of like the Predator)

Actually I remembered something that Shadow Lee Moore has told me. She told me that to see the whole story all you have to do is click the heading, and it will take you right to the whole thing. She also told me that she writes in script form becaus it's easier for her to write, and it doesn't frustrate her. Shadow Lee Moore has also told me that writing a story the normal way drives her absolutly crazy because it winds up not being good enough in her eyes, and so she winds up throwing it into the trash where it will never again see the light of day. However writing it as a script gives her time to brood, and think on ideas. That is how she's writing DMC: Angel Of Darkness. By the way she also tells me that story is coming a long fine except now she has writer's block. But she's still working on it, and this one will be shorter then DMC: The Next Generation. She won't say why just yet but she'll let the story speak for itself.

No. Shadow Lee Moore didn't put herself in the story but her darker personality in the story. Shadow Lee Moore told me that Raven is more of a psycho side of herself. However she was wondering what Raven would be like as a devil hunter who took down demons for a living and yet had conflicting emotions as she did fight these demons. Shadow Lee Moore based Raven off herself however she made it that Delia who was Shadow Lee Moore's biological abusive mother into a loving woman who loved both Raven, and her twin brother Sephiroth very much, and she gave her life to protect both of them. You can see that Raven is very haunted by that event. Shadow Lee Moore tries to deliver a message in the story to the readers, and tries to have them make a connection with them. She has to use a bit of her own pain to help make Raven seem more real to the readers.

Thats not a split personality, it would just her darker traits or habits.

So you could say that she used herself as a basis for Raven?

Yes. Shadow Lee Moore did base Raven on herself in a way. By the way Shadow Lee Moore has told me that after DMC: Angel Of Darkness she's taking a break from writing the stories of Devil May Cry for a while. The reason is that she has another story idea call Sonic Resistance Fighters. The idea was inspired by a youtube video that was by BloodRunsClear, and by the Sonic The Hedgehog comics, and her brother gave her some ideas as well. But don't worry she'll finish the story of DMC: Angel Of Dakness. After she's done writing it, and typing it she'll ask her brother to help her load it onto the blog. Then Shadow Lee Moore will work on Sonic Resistance Fighters.

>:( the story better feature robotnik as the protagonist
The good guys are annoying via voice actors and eggman is a robotnik wannabe
ROBOTNIK FOR PRESIDENT

ROBOTNIK FOR PRESIDENT
As important as Robonik is to our prosperous growing society, getting back on topic just might be a little more productive than discussing the presidental campaign of the mighty Robotnik

Stop me if im wrong here...

I feel that this topic is the wrong section as its not pertaining to the reboot or in essence a reboot.

So i feel that it should be moved towards the fanfic section.

Don't worry Robotnik wil be in it. But As I said before she does Sonic Resistance fighters she's gonna finish DMC: Angel Of Darkness. And yes she based Raven off of herself, and her own experiances weith the life she has lived so far. Shadow Lee Moore has done her best to share her pain through Raven since Raven is her darker more pyscho side of herself.
