DmC looks better indeed, especially environments.

There is no comparison. DmC on pc looks ages better than DMC 4. You should see what this game looks like on ultra downsampled from 3400 x 1800 resolution

Unreal engine games always looks good for the most part. Its because everything has a shiny gloss to it. When you do actual close ups though then you can see how not so impressive it looks. DMC4 looked good but DmC looks a lot better on the PC version. What it really comes down to is the design your going for in a game.
