Hey dude when i download it it say's the folder is empty how to fix it

NM, reuploading to see what the problem is. Try downloading now. I guess the file I uploaded recently was not compressed properly.

ok i download it but what files i have to replace? i replaced steam folder with steam and i still get the old weak vergil

Not sure. I just tested it. It should work fine, just copy overwrite the proper files then restart steam + game. and it should work.

I replaced steam folder with your steam folder i load up on texmod HiResUIVergil.tpf and still old weak vergil what am i doing wrong? Do i have to put the folder iwth tpf file and steam to dmc devil may cry main folder or?

Just find the upk file vergil_archetypes_Sf.upk And Ch_3_Main.upk in the DLCVergilsDownfall folder and replace them with the files in my download. Make sure they're both overwritten.
