Here's the two I created.

Name: Tyther Greyskull
Age: 15
Race: Lycanthrope-human mix
Weapon: Claymore, named Alpha
Appearance: The only human part about him is the fact that he stands on two legs. Other than that, his appearance is pretty wolfish. Long snout, a fine coat of fur, and nice claws and teeth to finish it all.
Personality: Despite his fierce appearance, Tyther hates fighting, and will solve a problem peacefully if possible. This does not mean he isn't quick to anger, however. In spite of this, his true personality is a kind but tortured soul, never truly able to live a normal life as a human.

Personality: Although Gihren acts like a normal human, sometimes this likable personality gives way to a demonic, evil personality. This evil persona is the dominant one, and becomes even more dominant when he shifts to his demonic form. He was present during the war of the wolves, and even participated in the wolf-demon mass genocide. Now, he plans to finish his work, and the three heroes must destroy him, once and for all.

Description:White fur, great muscles, long claws, cand stand in his two feets, red eyes, he is very big
Weapomsemonic charge claws, he can infuse them with any element he wants.
Personality:Cold, he grew up without knowing his fathers, he was leaved alone, he was scared of humans, because they thow rocks at him, until he met Tyther, he can be a good friend when you know him

NAME: Solid
AGE: 16
RACE: pureblooded wolf-demon
Appearance: Solid's hair along with his fur in wolf form, can be described as a silky black. He wears a long leather coat with fur around the hood, along with a pair of slim fitting pants, and ragged looking black worker's boots. The laces remain untied.
Personality: Calm and collected, although he has a quick temper.
