DMC: The Solid Devil

[HQQR - Solid]

History of "The Solid Devil" I want to start up a Role-Playing session including completely new characters, Salt or Solid being the protagonist. Anyone interested please comment.



Long ago a war between the Human World and that of Devils took place. In that time there existed a large pack of wolf-demons who acted as mercenaries fighting on the side of The great Demon King Mundus, promised vast riches, limitless power, and a large region to rule over if victory was theirs. Bravely they fought, almost unopposed by the "Slayers" (Wolf Pack's reference to Demon Hunters.) showing no mercy or grief to ending the lives of lesser beings though very proud demons they were. Until one day a powerful demon only known as Sparda raised his sword against his once most valuable allies. They were slaughtered all except for one. Leigus, the most powerful of all wolf demons to have been born, possibly the only demon who could stand toe to toe with the Mighty Sparda. They battle until Leigus met his end, though he being a far more skilled swordsman he was overwhelmed by Sparda's incredible power. The wolf demon asked his master for the means to end Sparda once and for all, and instead of receiving the power he needed was betrayed by Mundus. As Leigus died he lent the rest of his power to Sparda, asking him to defeat Mundus for his treachery.


Sparda defeated Mundus, and laid the Devil Arm which possessed Leigus' soul to rest in the human world.
The whereabouts of Leigus are unknown, believed to have been acquired by the descendants of the wolf-pack. If there are any...

I would very much like to join, although I wish not all of the Wolf-Demons were dead. I would've loved to have been one. Or a half-breed wolf-human. Whichever works. Would that be okay?

Sure! Truthfully I didn't want to have to kill off "ALL" of them. With every fallen clan theirs always a few stragglers, eh?

Eh, that's too bad. I was thinking about trying to get maybe two or more main characters into the story. Maybe you could refer some people that would be interested?

Well, you know I'm interested.

I'm just wondering how Tyther and Solid are going to meet each other. It could be something as simple as bumping into each other, making Tyther's hood come off and reveal his face. I really don't know...

I think that they should be in a way be able to smell each other, or sense each other. I mean they are wolves after all, and wolves can sense members of their own pack, right?

True. I suppose it should be some sort of instinct, to group with others of your kind. But they're not the same, so they might not get along at first, what with Tyther being half human and half wolf-demon and Solid being pureblooded.

Yeah, i think thats right. After all Solid is kind of resentful of humans.

Oh, lovely. Does this mean there's going to be a fight right off the bat?

Of course, they'll probably make-up right after. All Tyther has to do is prove himself, in a fight or otherwise.

Hmm maybe both of your characters can be friends, and Solid will meet the both of them and face off against them in battle. The ultimately they all become allies, being the only remaining males of the Wolf-Demons. I was also thinking of an antagonist... but I cant come up with any Ideas...

Well what about a wolf demon that hates humans and his own kind that stills serves mundus?

I think we should post all of our character's profiles here instead of PM'ing them to each other. Gives us a nice archive to use as a reference instead of searching for PM's that we probably accidentally deleted.
