Hey yall, I'M BACK!!

Anyway after five months of playing other games, I decided to go back playing DmC and when I started playing it, I went to mission 11 first cuz it was one of the few I liked the most. What I noticed is when I started playing the beginning with the Aquila, Dante said some quote like "Reel it in!", which got me doing some other missions where Dante "cannonicaly" tries his new weapons out. Tried mission 2 after 11 and what I tried to do is actually pretend that I was in an anime episode when I can only use the actual weapons Dante used. When I tried to fight the demons with the Ax, he said a WHOLE lot of hidden quotes.

So anyway, did anyone else found any hidden quotes.

Not really. Let me play DmC so that I can know. Or, you can provide me with some vids for it.

(I followed you BTW, because you were right. Games nowadays need to have a balance of gameplay (the most important aspect), storytelling (for those with a story), and replay value. And glad you are back. :))

Yeah, he's got a lot of scripted quotes when you do the right thing.

In Mission 1 he yells "Slam Dunk!" when you use Helm Breaker for the first time, and yells an angry "F#ck!" if he gets hit in the back. In Overturn he yells "Badass!" when you smack something with Eryx, or it was "Smack that!", can't remember. Can't quite remember the others right now.

My favorite quote will always be in Overturn when the bridge breaks apart and the pieces turn into wings and demons spawn up on it, and Dante says "C'mon down guys, let's get violent!" as he points to the floor.

Anyone else thought that the Mundus battle and Vergil battle should've had dialogue in them?

DmC IS PERFECT AND I'M JUST ANOTHER BIASED FAN HURR HURR

Sometimes it's a cliche because it can so easily and logically happen :p

I like how they weren't completely one-sided either, where halfway through it stops being Vergil just getting knocked down and getting back up, and him actually starting to pull out the big guns, like teleporting behind Dante and blasting him into the wall.
