DmC Performance Capture Diaries--Part 3. See the actors who played Dante and Phineas

Does any one else find the scene with naked Dante, covered with sluts, Disturbing?:ermm:

Wow, it's amazing to see how much this game is shaping up to be pretty amazing! I've also noticed that since we last saw the scene in which Kat got shot in the Gamescom trailer that it's changed, showing Kat to appear as a 'ghost' this time, there also seems to be a crack that appears quite quickly below her too. Also, is it the actor who is playing Vergil that is dragging Kat? It doesn't look like one of the policeman and the guy who is holding that gun looks very similar to the part where Vergil holds that shotgun of his. It seems as though she is being dragged by either force or to safety. Next it's showing Dante making sure she's alright? It seems to be also that she is clutching onto the wound on her arm where she was shot so I'm kinda guessing that the scene will appear towards the end. Apart from that, it's nice to see something more of Phineas. But, I've got that feeling inside me that he'll die. :|

Anyone noticed that Dante can't interact with the real world? Probably he doesn't see them and the place looks more like a demonic place from his point of view unlike Kat where the place looks normal to her :/ , Kinda weird.. 'Cause Vergil and Kat can interact with the real world.

Is Dante different or what? Could this have something to do withthe universe time travel ending spoiler?

What are you talking about? O_o Dante is in Limbo for most of the game because the demons pull him there, Kat appears as a ghost there because she's a psychic, and Dante appears like a ghost to Kat when he's in Limbo for the same reason. She's the only one who can see him when he's stuck in Limbo, and she uses magic-enhanced spraypaint to create graffiti glyphs that Dante can use as a gateway back to the real world.

Limbo is a parallel dimension that copies the current location's facade, but then Malice morphs it and sends out demons to kill Dante. How have you completely missed the entire point of Limbo...?

Phineas would probably have a huge impact on dante's character development.
"Probably?"

It seems Phineas is both the levity and strength behind the hero. I think he represents a alternate possible path on the journey Dante will go through, the enlightened path. A path away from the road of pure death, violence and vengeance that the dark slayer starts him out on. This may be were Dante, for the first time, is given a chance to ponder his future and the potential he has not as a machine and tool of vengeance, but a hero for the people. When he returns to his brother for the first time after Phineas' council, he will be a different, stronger person. His sword will be a blade turned against the darkness and used in the service of those he cares for -not the aims of the power hungry and manipulative.

"A path away from pure death" seems inconsistent with Phineas urging Dante to "kiiiiillll the chiiiiiiilllld~" :p

All right, I'm gonna say this.... I like the new Dante and I think Tim is awesome.
Personally, this is the video i've been waiting for and i think Tim's attitude that he puts into the new Dante is really apt.

Context is everything.

Besides, didn't Yoda and Obiwan teach and train Luke to kill his own father?

Technically, they taught Luke discipline and how to use space magic. It just so happened that his "destiny" involved getting past his father to take down the Empire :p The Jedi order was more about diplomacy and finding alternate solutions aside from fighting.

They also twist the truth, restrict natural behavior and hinder that which they dictate to be harmful to their fundamentalist ways. Until they think bending the rules will help them kill their enemies. Training Anakin just to use him as a band-aid tool to fix the force. Then, trying to do the same to his son brain washing him to fix the mess they made. "Darth Vader killed your father, so you must train for the time you encounter him thinking he and your dad are different people. That is, until HE tells you the truth." They are corrupt users... All of them. Palpatine was right.

I play a demon with a heart "DANTE, KILL THE CHILD!" uhh... (looks up mundus kid)... alright well that thing just needs to be put down. XD
