From what I've seen the new Dante x Vergil has already been around, I think even before Vergil even been announced.

how about a better artist that looks 90ish anime style imo

Cowboy bebop is a 90's anime but the character designs are way more superior than this one.

We really haven't seen much of the official manga scans(If it's a manga) to say that the art is really crap. But then again, the art in a manga tends to get better and better by time.

However, if i wanted a manga/anime style of DmC dante, the art should be close to this:

Wow. I was just thinking the same thing, only I said "Needs more spiky hair and bigger breasted women that look 23 but are actually 15.
