DmC: Devil may Cry Review Round-up

Only the original DMC, which was by far the best for me story wise of the old series and Special Edition are above this score.

And it deserves it a lot... As I said... I was horrified, I was angry and I was worried... but this game is just damn awesome. AWESOME

But but they are all paid for sure... :troll:

Please do not speak as if your speaking for everyone in the fandom, your much better off saying what you and others with the same wants as you wanted, since all fans wanted something different and it is plan rude to assume all are thinking as you are since while they all my not agree they are not the same idea's. I for one would not assume it's ok or me to lump everyone in the same place as myself as if my thoughts about something is the only one to have.

Also if your going to slight this game for plotholes do refer to the original series as well since as much as I love the series suffer from that fate big time as well and the story was not very good as well. I can't say this story is good or not since I have not played the game and gotten the full thing. and a good story depends on the person going through the story some can love some can hate it and neither is wrong in their views it is just how it is to them.
 
I wonder how many advertisements Capcom threatened to pull out to have those positive reviews.

Again, i am not speaking for anyone else expect me. I wrote my thoughts about that. Its just strange to me that each review i see goes along with hype, i have not see anyone in magazine or site having any doubts about that reboot. Bleh, i am sepctical because one of previews i read was written in terrible way, half of it was ranting how much author dont like original series with pretty much bullshit like Dante and Vergil are stepbrothers and series always got bad monsters took out from D&D books.
About story i am just disappointed after all that hype and stupid pr talking about second coming, taking all best things for series and so on. For example n DMC1 there was bad scene with "LIIIIIIIIIIGHT", in reboot we have "WHOOOOOOOORE". In my opinion NT did not care to check what was good and what was bad in plot or anything in series, if they did maybe that reboot would be better.
 
You dont agree with someone so he must be wrong, right? Guys do you know difference between subjectivity and objectivity?

You wording it making it sound as if your speaking or everyone.

And all your speaking of is your taste, what game does not hype or speak positive of their work heck what person doesn't? reviews are just the person telling what they themselves think you can agree or not what they say is what they feel about something, but it all comes down to what people like and do not like neither is wrong or right. I get you do not like the story but do not expect everyone to feel the same way some may not like it for different reason then you and some may like the story and have different reasons from me. and there is no magic list of what is good or not because as I said what is good for one person will suck for another so creators should not try to please all just try to make a balance which for myself they did I like things and some do not and some do and others are middle I am more like mixed with middle because I know all games have things I will not like but I do respect the creators for their work and I am not going to sit and say it is bad as fact I can say something is bad in my own eye but could be good for someone else.

Plot is a tricky thing and like I said..their is no magic store where they can get an awesome plot they just have to trust what story they want to tell like it or not. all fans can do is get it or not since the game is there and will not change anything in the world just as so many other games wont.

I'm not talking about the people who have legitimate reasons, I'm talking about the a**holes who just hate it to hate it. I understand that there is a large number of people who actually care about the direction of DMC and for them I do feel sorry because this is not the direction they want.
