DmC: Devil May Cry All the moves

To be honest, after watching about 7hrs worth of a stream that someone had due to the game leak and I'm quite surprised that the moveset isn't as fast as the previous games. Kinda downgrade if you ask me.

SPOILERS: DON'T READ BELOW
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I'm up to Mission 17 at the moment (by watching the stream) and I'm kinda upset that there aren't any more weapons besides Kablooey, which appears in the middle of mission 17. It functions as a really horrible version of Lucifer since you can only fire a few darts at a time (upgrades makes this possible). You can detonate it by pressing Jump and the Gun button. There are no charge moves for it though. It's literally Shoot and Detonate.

As well as this, the weapon upgrades are a lackluster. Basically all of the moves we've seen from the demo are the same as the full game minus a few attributes that don't make combat much better. As well as this, after the trade of Lilith and Kat, the rest of the game is basically you inside of Mundus Tower (which is stupid imo).

There are more color coded enemies: Blood Rage and Ghost Rage, which is quite retarded. As well as this, the "Vergil" enemy that you saw deflecting bullets was indeed a mini boss. He wields two swords and disappears into portals during the fight. He can also block mid combo as well as counter attack.

Gotta admit, for "not seeing the bottom of the barrel" until now, I will say that this was one shallow barrel.

So as a whole, are you disappointed with the game, or just the combat side to it? (I've watched your DMC4 vids so I know you understand the combat alot more than I ever could)

I'm disappointed with both.

Combat system is bland and the story didn't live up to what was expected. So I'm disappointed in both.
