DmC Dante is a guest character in Playstation All-Stars

Wait. We don't know if this Dante is imune to bullets like the past Dante is cause we've never seen him get shot or stabbed.
Although the chest opening thing has been mentioned already(idk if the art was confirmed to be DmC Dante or 1 of the other 99 concepts that the came up with) Dante does take a chainsaw through the chest in some gameplay vids.

Thus your point is invalid.
This isnt ninja gaiden. NT wants stuff to make sense in DmC like the malice mechanic to explain demon doors so why would they purposely make an animation with a chainsaw through his chest instead of just doing the knockback animation from when he gets hits by a drones sword swing.

How about this.

Dante's SUPERS

Level 1: Trillion stab w Rebellion equipped. Scythe spin (Osiris). Demon Hammer (Arbiter)
Level 2: SSSensational combo with weapon of choice.
Level 3: Devil Trigger with demon whip

So what I've seen just as bad in Resident Evil and they're average humans.

So does other non-supernatural characters.

Hey guess what when Dante's health reaches zero.....HE DIES:troll:

On Heaven & Hell mode/Hell & Hell mode Dante would've died from one hit of that chainsaw.

I'm not sure if scenes shown in gameplay mattered maybe his skills displayed there does but every video game character takes heavy/lethal damage and leaves unscathed unless if in cutscene where Dante receives a sword or long object through a chest or take any sever or lethal damage like his DMC counterpart I'm not convinced he has insane durability. Maybe above average human durability and have average/high leveled demon durability.

I agree on this. Dante in this game may be strong and fast, but I don't see him in the level of DMC3 Dante from taking three or four scythes to the torso and walk around like it's nothing. This Dante seems more human based, which is why I can't see him doing the same.

How does he seem more human based when he's not even human?
Im just saying he's durable because NT is making the game and they want things in the game to make sense so RE and NG have nothing to do with it at all.

How would you choose a weapon when activate a super?

I think they mean make sense story wise......Dante getting chainsawed by a demon during gameplay doesn't need to make sense...for its gameplay.....heck in their past games Nariko and Monkey who were humans can take some heavy damage during gameplay yet they're fine or unscathed....why??......its GAMEPLAY......

In all fairness its a mystery on Dante's durability but I'm sure he has Wolverine/DMC Dante healing status....although in that trailer when he woke he still had marks all over his body.

Unless I see Dante take on critical damage his durability is irrelevant til this point.

Demon doors have nothing to do with anything story wise in previous games so why explain them? Nariko used the HS which is suppose to give the wielder power so that makes sense idk bout Monkey though. Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree until more is revealed.

The demon doors are a bonus gameplay mechanic like the Chaos Emeralds in Sonic games or diverging storylines based on your actions(Fallout 3)......plus don't stray from the topic at hand were discussing Dante's durability just because he takes damage via gameplay like every other game character in existence doesn't prove nothing unless if NT states he has insane durability like the old Dante or I see an example its unknown.

I'm not saying he isn't I'm just saying it isn't revealed yet.

Which seems pretty damn weird to me considering this Dante isn't part human like the original one.

One would think being Half Angel and Half Demon would make this Dante more "powerful" and "durable".

So either the original Dante was nerfed or this Dante has had his powers toned down from what it should be.

But then again, maybe the Demons and Angels are a lot weaker in this universe?

That would explain the reason why this Dante is apparently weaker than the original Despite the fact that he is doesn't have the "part human" thing that may weigh his power down.

Well that may be, but I never said he "was" weak, I simply stated that he gives that impression that he "looks" weak. I'm not one who prefers a strong from the start character who has all his moves perfected and knows how to do things all in the beginning. I want to see him trip a few times, get hurt, and stumble a bit while using moves so that when time passes he actually grows and gets better as time goes on.

This Dante, however, doesn't show me as much that he's more "stronger" then the old Dante, however it depends which Dante we're talking about.

Square, triangle, or circle.

What do you mean "which Dante"?

So far all of them have been shown to be more powerful than this one in my opinion.

Well in terms of power and ablility, he's on the same level as DMC3 Dante. However DMC3 Dante is superior because of his awakening of his DT and a lot more weapons and styles.

We've only seen some of new Dante's weapons, his DT can stop time and increase the speed and strengh of his power, and we've only seen some os his moves.

Until there's more on new Dante, it's still questionable if new Dante is superior to DMC3 Dante. That will have to wait until the game comes out.
