DMC anime Fix

So if given the chance to fix or remake the anime, what would you do?

You can do one of two options.

1. work with existing anime model.

2.pitch me something else.

I liked its plot, I just wanted maybe a cameo of Vergil or maybe a hint of Nero.

I loved the plot. I would just...you know...Make it more than 12 episodes....And throw in a Nero reference because it was set right before DMC4 if im correct. I know capcom said he was Vergils son(Which they still didn't explain all to well...But hey its vergil. Hes bad ass enough to be getting it at age 9.) but I want to know his origin story.
