It is supposed to be Jackpot, but that's always his big "end game finish" line. Bingo is what he said in the original japanese script of the anime, so, Reubon worked with what he had. That's his job, after all.

They've only dne up to 4 are far as I am aware.

Correction, they have only released the first four. In all likelihood, the whole series is probably finished or nearly finished with recording, though I did find out that the release dates for Volumes 2 and 3 were bumped back, so there might have been some issues.
