Devil May Cry 4 Plot

Since there are threads for each Devil May Cry game and their plot, I decided to make one regarding the newest...;)

The game begins with Nero running to a church of the Order, late for a ceremony after being attacked by demons. He arrives as Kyrie ends her song, but the ceremony is interrupted when Dante bursts through a window and seemingly kills Sanctus, the leader of the Order, and his bodyguards. Nero then attacks him, and they fight to a stalemate. However, Dante escapes and reveals to Nero that the soldiers are actually demons. An invasion of demons then falls upon Fortuna, and Nero is ordered to pursue Dante while Credo evacuates the populace. Nero follows Dante throughout Fortuna while fighting the fiery centaur demon Berial, the icy toad demon Bael, and the plant demoness Echidna. He eventually makes his way to Agnus' reasearch laboratory and is heavily wounded by his Angels and Agnus himself. However, Nero's true, demonic power awakens, calling Yamato to him and sending a large shockwave throughout the area, forcing Agnus to show his demonic "reborn" form, and flying off to headquarters to alert them of his actions. Shortly before this, Sanctus had been brought back from the dead. Nero then heads to headquarters and encounters Credo who reveals his "reborn" appearance and fights Nero. Credo is soundly defeated, but Kyrie arrives and sees Nero's arm and her brother defeated. She then assumes that Nero has abused some sort of demonic power and attacked her brother. While Nero tries to reassure her, Agnus shows up and holds Kyrie hostage. While Credo tries to limp over to save his sister, Agnus transforms and flies away, and Nero pursues him. He finally catches up inside the castle and finds Kyrie in a containment field of some sort. Agnus appears and fights Nero but is defeated, his death only interupted by the apperance of his minions and their distracting Nero long enough for Sanctus to tell Agnus to escape with Kyrie to prepare for "activation". Nero fends off the demons and jumps after Sanctus and Kyrie, but is only able to grab her necklace; his gift to her. As Nero continues into the headquarters, he meets up with Dante yet again, but Dante demands Yamato back, saying it was his brother's and that it needs to be kept in the family. Of course, Nero refuses and fights Dante instead, ending in another stalemate. After Nero calms down, Dante allows him to keep the sword and tells him to go. Gloria shows up and reveals herself to be Trish in disguise. She then says that things are about to get "ugly". Nero arrives at the Savior about to be activated by Sanctus, who reveals his plan and shows that Kyrie is being absorbed into the Savior. Nero attacks but is stopped by the Savior. Sanctus then reveals that Nero has the blood of Sparda and then takes the Yamato. Credo shows up and delays Sanctus' killing Nero, but is stabbed by Sanctus with Yamato and falls, only to be caught by Dante, who tells Nero to retrieve the sword before he dies or else he'll be "p1ssed", but Nero is absorbed into the Savior, but before he is, he tells Dante to "come and get it", flipping him the bird as he sinks into the Savior. Credo, in his dying moments asks Dante to save Kyrie and Nero. Dante is forced to fight Berial, Dagon, and Echidna to destroy the hell gates doors that Nero had previously only closed, Afterwards he makes his way back to the opera house to kill Agnus and take back Yamato. With Yamato in hand Dante combats the Savior and frees Nero. After Nero completes trials involving re-combatting the bosses Dante faced, he battles and slays the corrupted Sanctus, who was then weilding the sword Sparda. After saving Kyrie and returning Sparda to Dante, Nero ends the battle by destroying the Savior who had fused with Sanctus. As the credits roll, Nero defends Kyrie from an onslaught of scarecrows, and if the player is successful, a scene in Dante's Devil May Cry shop, featuring Trish and Lady, is shown.

It feels good to read the whole game that fast. Instead of playing the whole ganme and take longer time. Kinda nostalgic too. I really liked this game and still it not meets what the rest of DMC fans wanted I think this is a good game still.

The best artist.
The story is kind of suck.
First, it didn't explain how Nero got the Devil Arm.
Second, Kyrie didn't speak too often.(does not like a main character)
Third, the old man is a fool.
Forth, I think Agnus is a gay.
Fifth, Dante kill every boss cruely.
Sixth, Dante get little money for doing a huge favor for Nero.
Seventh, Lady show up only two movie.
Eighth, Trish didn't help to fight demon.
Ninth, Kredo died with saying the same words that Dante already said.(The sword is the key for open the hell gate, Blah, Blah, Blah. )
Tenth, Can't see the kiss in last cutscene!!
