i don't know if anyone else has noticed this but the demon forms in dmc 3 look just like the devils in digital devil saga. does anyone know if it's the same designer?

They do look like some kinda digital crap that was thrown together at the last minute. If you ask me, Id say they could have did a much better job, those demons forms look like some kind of nintendo 64 monsters. Childsplay. I've never seen this devil saga thing, but I have an idea of what they may look like.

By demon forms you mean the enemies or the Devil Trigger Designs?

Both of them could be better that's for sure, but the DT were by far close to ugly:P

Please excuse me for not being specific. I meant the twins devil trigger forms. The other demons are fine, especially the bosses. And yes Dante and Vergil's DT forms are so ugly. Especially Dante's.

I find it weird though, they're soppose to be identical twins but the differ in their demon forms. I came to the conclusion that it has to do with what they're wearing.

Yeah, but if you get play in Dante's DMC1 oufit he'll turn into Sparda in DT. It's so cool...does anyone else notice that Sparda doesn't have toes?...Nevermind thats off topic.

DMC1 Dante turns to Sparda since that's his real DT form. That's why in all cut-scenes even before the fight of Mundus he seems to have this power. (For example at Griffon's and Phandom's demises);)

He posessed the aura of Sparda. That potency needed a catylist which was why he could only use it in the battle against Mundus.

i actually like the dt forms in dmc3 because they look so digital and wierd. they all have that uniform cybernetic/demon look to them, like a schematic was drawn on thier bodies.

So what the heck happend to him in dmc3?

That again:unsure:
DMC3 is BEFORE DMC1. That's why Dante can't DT at all at the beginning. So probably because he's not so good with it yet he gets that crappy form. That's the same with Vergil.

Also as a side not, in every DMC games Dante has different DT, so it is not so surprising that he was different in DMC3.

I see, prohaps the twins evolve as they get older and stronger (With their DT form). In DMC2 Dante's wings are so kick @$$ he flies with impressive ease.
