That's still not that much like UN2 that you can claim UN2 copied its gameplay and concept.
And btw, Ultimate Ninja 2 was first released in Japan at September 30, 2004, while Budokai 3 was first released in North America at November 16, 2004. That means that both games were released at around the same date, meaning there is no chance UN2 is a rip-off of B3, if any, one can mistakenly claim that B3 is a rip-off of UN2, seeing as UN2 was released before B3.
