It slows down time during DT, like quicksilver.

yeah is like quiksilver but is worse makes you're DT bar go down faster you can get it on mission 15 if you dont have it heres the info on how to get it: Mission 15, there is a big lump on the ground where there is no eye. To obtain this heart you need to
knock an enemy on top of this lump for the chrono heart to be revealed

well ill try geting it sometime but does it hav to be direct hits on a down demon or a standing demon?
