Can someone post a pic of the Alternate costume ?

I've been reading a lot about Dante's alternate costume lately in the forum but just can't find any pic so can anyone please post it?

It appears so, but I think it would be cooler if they changed his appearance more if this is an alternate costume.

Yes They should have given the DMC 1 costume to accompany the long white hair

Maybe its a work in progress costume, perhaps they will change his clothes in the final product.

Am I the only one who thinks the hair looks terrible, at least in that shot? It's like he got girly blonde locks like that Prince Charming guy from Shrek. I wouldn't be surprised if Dante goes and does this in the game:

Soft bouncy haaaair!

I dunno. I just hope we get another picture so I can see it up close. It might turn out to look good on him.

Uh, no. Changing his hair color doesn't make him look like the original Dante, they need to change his hair style & clothing.
This isn't an alternate costume, it's just an alternate color.

Yeah, one change alone doesn't make it a valid alt costume to me either.

I can see it actually being a lot like Jak's goatee, you could toggle it on or off in the pause menu. Hopefully it's something like that? Because if so... That be a little quip to those who hate(d) the game for looks alone. pfft

If that's true, then I hope they consider doing one of how Dante's hair looked when in the debut trailer before he got the trendy mohawk....And maybe a rainbow afro with sunglasses.

I'm not entirely sure if I even want a Classic Dante outfit, it would sort of defeat the purpose of it being a new Universe. One thing I'd really like to see though is the original design of the new Dante as an unlockable outfit.

I tweeted Tam about it, to see if it would ever happen, but have yet to get a response.

I think we all agree that new Dante shouldn't have hair like classic Dante. I think for me this Dante has burned that black hair, black coat image into my head, and seeing him with a different hairstyle seems...off. I can see this Dante with white hair, yes, but not his hair being that long.

EDIT: It's also funny how fans desperately wanted his hair to look like how it was in the original DMC's, and now that it is, they hate it...again.

Nah, Dante just didn't look like he was doing okay health wise. Then again I never did like that red bit on the coat in that TGS2010 trailer; glad they went with the a hoodie instead.

And I doubt they would go right out and dress him exactly like Classic Dante; they might give him an outfit in familar design to it though. I'd love to see an option to let you design if he could have white hair like in the demon trigger mode or being able to ditch the coat >insert starry eyed look here<

What about alternate outfits for the Vergil and Kat? Think they'll do something like that?

Perhaps you can customize him like change each part of his outfit and design piece by piece rather than a whole custom right away.

Wait, where did fans say they hate it???

All I recall seeing is that some fans pointed out that if this is supposed to be some kind of unlockable homage to the original Dante that he should have more than a change in hair color.

Dante's original clothes and apparel would be a nice touch.


But if they aren't aiming for something like that (as in paying homage to the original) than I have no problem with this costume.
