seriously its random but its like he has some sort of superhuman bacteria killing weapons of awesomeness he has showed no signs of being the slightest bit sick as far as i know

i think he can get drunk so i guess he can get sick but not as easily as other people

i think he has a regeneration factor to where he can heal quickly from injuries so im guessing that applies from other forms of ailments/injuries.

so the reason why he doesn't get drunk is because his liver heals to quickly for the alcohol to take affect.

He's like captain America. He heals fast if anything is lost from him, including his brain cells regenerating, so he really can't get drunk.

However in the DMC3 manga, he confessed that he once got so drunk he propossed to a broom.
