Blue orb fragment: mission 9: outside of elevator

How do you get it? I have tried multiple times and I cannot grab it with the devil bringer. I have tried different angles and I just cant grab it.

Is there another way to get to it or what?

If you wait till mission ten it will be easier. When you get down to the bottom, head back up again. Now go through the path were their are the 3 lasers. Once the elevator goes up two doors should open take the door next to you and jump down. The orb should be near you. Hope I helped.
