Black screen on startup

Have to hard reset computer. Have windows updates and have tried adreniline drivers 19.1.1 and beta 19.3.1 . I have an rx590 5820k 32 G ripjaw ram and crucial ssd with windows 10. Tried exemption on defender and administration mode.

I'm still waiting on my copy to arrive, but here's a few quick things to try:

1. Verify cache integrity through Steam
2. Attempt to launch with second monitor turned off/disabled (if applicable)
3. Press Alt+Enter during the black screen

I think option 1 would be your best bet, but I'm clutching at straws with the other two. Hope you can get this resolved, my man.
