Batman VS Solid Snake

I give this one to Snake. You would have to kill him to beat him and Batman doesn't kill people. Snake on the other hand doesn't have any qualms about killing for the sake of the mission.
i would go for solid snake he was genetically engineered to be a killing machine he is a genius just like batman and he has expert hand to hand and cqc skills weapons skills and stealth skills and is bred to kill. If gadgets are allowed batman has the advantage but lets not forget snake has a radar , nvg and thermal goggles and chaff grenades to use so i still say snake.
