Well in the old devil may crys Dante gets stabbed with a sword all the time even has moments where he gets beat up at some bosses in this one Mundus was the only one who hurt him and all he was doing was digging his nails in him -_- everyone looked weak compared to Dante

Well that's true for DMC's 1 and 3, but certainly not 4. Yea he got stabbed by his sword by Nero in 4, but it's made hideously clear that he was toying with Nero the entire time, and never has an actual challenge the entire game when he's dicking around with the Savior as he waits for Nero to win the day. With Mundus, I took it that he was digging into his ribcage and going for his heart and that he was going to die otherwise in that scene. Still, Mundus, though the execution sucked, he was at least established as someone they could not waltz in on and kick around, which is how most of the DMC's go down. And DmC Dante was shown taking Mundus for the most part seriously, more serious than usual for a DMC game that isn't 1.

Though I do agree that Vergil could have been better. He looked badass tossing around those astral swords, then it got neutralized when he wound up screaming for help the next minute. It really is jarring when we go from that to fighting him next and he's trying to act all badass there.

Vergil was a disappointment throughout the whole game and there's something that most people over look how are they twins but vergil had white hair first second if Vergil was born with white hair he should have had more access to his powers than Dante but he was just weak at the end he had some moves but had nothing against Dante and his devil trigger ..... I agree in part 4 he was in no real danger but he still got beat up by Nero just for underestimating him which still goes farther than this new DmC and it didnt look like Mundus even went that deep in Dante his fingers was not even in his body it looked like his nails was still scratching through

I figured that was why he having flashes of thought back to his mother. And Dante taking a beating by Nero didn't mean anything to me the moment it became obvious that Dante wasn't trying and DGAF afterwards. He was utterly invincible the entire game. Way worst than DmC (and any DMC before this, perhaps even with 2)

It just seems weird how Dante got way more than vergil and Vergil went to that house first ... Yea he really was invincible throughout the game nothing could kill him which was capcom a fault they should really put him up against a demon god to make it more fair and in part 2 was the same he was serious but didnt seem to be phased by anything that was going around

I don't think sales will be an issue, I remember Dmc3 being the worst selling but capcom didn't stop, but for the first 16 days 1 million doesn't seem too bad, in 2.5 years it should be at 2 million
