Anyone have any tips to do the A+X combos better?

Cause it seems like sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Idk if its my controller or what. This is one of the reasons I barely used dantes 3rd gun but in vergils downfall blistering swords is really necessary and now I am at a disadvantage cause i can't do the combo at will many times.

In general if you are having troubles try to do A then X,instead of both at the same time, but very fast and hold A down before you press X obviously.. and I mean pretty fast. Otherwise pushing both ad the same time should work too. In VD however I have noticed it is sometimes unresponsive when you try to do the -->, -->, A+X moves though for some reason.

that's for the double foward movesa making it a pain to use satinger
