There was only a crapy spinoff made by some fans with a fat man, wearing a white wig trying to be Dante and Nero. It failed.

I only want a CGI movie with no real actors, like the Resident Evil : Degeneration movie coming out. Nero, Dante, Vergil would make an awesome movie.

Stuff like Equilibrium and Ultraviolet feature gun kata reminiscent of Twosome Time, as well as some mêlée weapon–based badassery. Not very DMC though, although a few scenes in various films have made me think of DMC. Underworld for one. Twosome Time in Boondock Saints for another. Etc.
