"Amazing" Reveal in Famitsu Next Week

im hoping for more more vergil:D they have already showed alot of dante and i'd like them to save him for the game.....vergil on the other hand :devil: i would love to see more and more of him ^_^
 
I hope it's something about the DT...it's been a while since they showed anything. Maybe they fixed it up? If not, just a little talk on some game modes--especially difficulty modes.

There is a mystery that nobody seemed to stop DT even though stocking guages seems very useful in this game.
Probably it matters how many purple orbs you got...or there is something they can't show on the DT

I hope not that would be too japanese ... at least Dante looks really cool while he's in devil trigger mode. The one from previous parts ( for me ) it's too ridiculus and besides all demons who have demon form like Bob Barbas has a human appearance. DmC however has the western approach according to NT and Capcom.

So basically you don't want to see an actual demon form?
Well Ninja Theory has hinted that Dante's current DT is just a peek into what he is actually capable of. So I'm willing to bet that there will be an actual demon form, and plus that's one of the main characteristics that makes Dante Dante in my opinion so I'm at least hoping to see one.

Well, maybe you're right, I wouldn't mind a really well done demon form of Dante, but as the old ones ( the one that looks like armours ) it will be incredibly unappealing. I always say that NT must have original idea, not being influenced with previous work, not making the same game over and over. I hope they surprise me, but also I hope they not disappoint me with an unappealing design.

I agree with you. I hope it looks nothing like the old Devil Trigger and is totally orignial. And by the looks of everything Ninja Theory has created so far, I think original is exactly what we will get. :)

Dante turning into a monsteroid demon is not a Japanese thing....demonic metamorphosis is very common in even Western media and tales and is no different from the tale of a man who becomes a werewolf, Ghost Rider, or Gargoyles...it all depends on the style and design which vary by country. DMC's devil trigger design were made by people who worked like mecha based (Gundam, & etc) games so they looked a bit mechanic like the Angelos rather than demonic or monstrous but in Western media a demonic transformation may look more realistic or scary but for DmC's modern take it would look something similar in a modern day movie.
 
I get my last paycheck by Friday so I have 2 things to look forward to........well 3 things counting starting school again.
 
let's not get our hopes too high guys , for all we know it could be something completely unrelated to DmC ............ just saying

Ah, this is true. However I have heard that whatever they reveal in the Famitsu article on DmC is supposed to be new. But I guess we won't know until the 6th! :P
 
Has anyone got a copy of the Famitsu magazine? I know a couple of people on neogaf have seen it and posted things about a new Ace Attorney game. But has anyone read the DmC article?
