Ace Attorney 6

[Lain]

Ace Attorney 6 (name subject to change) is the sixth installment of the Ace Attorney franchise. It will feature Phoenix Wright travelling to country of Kurain only to get caught up in another murder and subsequent trial.

The main features of this game are:
- Phoenix Wright returning as the main character.
- The courts in Kurain don't have Defence Attorneys, instead relying on a "Water Mirror" that shows (via chanelling) what the victim last saw and felt.
- Trials are presided over by both the Judge and the Princess of Kurain, Leifa Padma Kurain.
- Gaspen Payne will be the prosecutor for the first case. The main prosecutor is unknown.
- The first client is Wright's tour guide, Bokuto Tsuani (Roughly means "Go on a tour with me")
- Apollo Justice will be playable for at least one case without Wright, facing "That Person", implied to be someone from Apollo's past.

The rival prosecutor for the game has been shown, Nayuta Samadhi, the "Funeral Prosecutor". An International Prosecutor and an eminent monk in the Kingdom of Kurain with a devout belief in his/her religion. She/he believes that convicting the guilty in court means salvation for their victims. Has a soft demeanor, but a sharp tongue. "Let's judge upon the guilty and guide the spirits of their victims to the afterlife".

And her having a growth spurt in her twenties doesn't really make sense but I guess they didn't want to change her appearance too much.

Capcom have unveiled an animated version of the AA6 prologue. Obviously it's not going to be in the game and don't watch it if you don't want to be spoiled on the prologue.

Capcom have finally released the subtitle of AA6: "The Spirit of Justice". Coming out September this year.
