I believe this is the area at the beginning of the game! I love clock tower like areas, they are so creepy yet beautiful at the same time.

Does Poison really count? She is like Echidna from DMC4 she has like two lines "Who the **** are you?" and "SON OF SPARDA AND EVA ..." The way I see it, there is probably 3 or more new characters we haven't seen ...

Noticed something pretty neat during the 'Home Truths' video, if You go to the combat segment where He's trying out Arbiter on the Death Knight, watch Dante's eyes on his character portrait next to his health bar, they change to represent the colour of the weapon you're currently using. (Blue for Osiris, Red for Arbiter)

Very small detail, but cool all the same.

Indeed he does. He would fit better in some kind of Star Wars story. A Legendary Jedi warrior or something than DmC. Unless this is a Jester type character. 0_0
