Pure curiosity alone made me question the name change. I like the name, it looks cool. And it's a pretty cool story as to how you got it.
The only part of the story I question is why you couldn't have TM. TM means Trade Mark, by what something goes by. Why can't you have one on your name? Just because one person has something, does not make it so that others cannot have the same.
For instance, you most likely own shoes. Guess what? I happen to own a pair also. Yet you can still have shoes yourself, even if I have them. Now if I were to put TM on my shoes, that's a different story
