propably like that, what i know sometimes in store pages on games are used specially made screenshots to try attract potential buyers to buy game

Aliens: Colonial Marines springs to mind. Then again, they used bullshot videos which is extra naughty.

Probably screenshots from the game's beta stage back in 2010-2011, before they scaled the entire game's engine down to run on PS3 and 360.
