No, and that's silly. A teenager's definition of gay. If wanting something another man wants was considered gay than we're all gay for wanting anything relative to similar interests, like a new album from a favorite artist, to see that one superhero movie, or even more general wants, like a particular thing to eat. That is WAY too general a requirement to be gay.
