It's silly, ridiculous, and laugh out loud funny. Love it.

Actor's voice breaking makes it funny, the quote itself is deep. Would have fit well in classic literature.

He displays more varying human emotions in that one game than he does throughout the entire series. That's why DMC1 Dante was the best....it was the last instance in which he was actually a CHARACTER.

i'd say the anime Dante had some good human emotions as well
anime Dante to me feels like DMC1 Dante
were DMC 3 and 4 Dante don't

Shin Megami Tensei Dante will always be the best Dante.
