nope they don't. DMC4 reintroduced some of DMC1 enemies though

Yeah, and DMC4's version of the DMC1 enemies look worse.

blades and frosts looks pretty much same as they were in DMC1.

Not entirely the same. And the demons in DMC4 are different demons called Assaults, not Blades. The Assaults look better than the Blades, but the Frosts look pretty lackluster in comparison to the ones from 1.

now to be honest Assaults ARE blades just named differently. Also Frosts still seem pretty much same to me except their right hand, since in DMC1 they have claws on it. Though it's hard to define them since we never saw high resolution of them.
