So you're about halfway done with the Hydro Station right? In that case you've got three whole areas to do yet.

Yeah I also tried to find all the items in Metroid confrontation but only managed to find about 19 out of 25.

Ah. I managed to find them all, but only after a lot of searching. There are a few items you have to use the Speed Booster on a specific block in the ceiling to get to.

Ah, the main thing I struggled with was the speed booster in Super Metroid. I managed to find a few by randomly blasting the walls ceiling and floor as well as bombing everything.

Yeah, that's why I'm hoping that there aren't any bullshit shinespark only items to get in AM2R.

Yeah in Super Metroid there were a couple. Back then I didn't know how to shinespark properly. One item involved doing it in lava and the second had such a small gap to shinespark into. one block wide. It took me so many attempts to do both.

And that is why I hate Shinesparking. Especially in Super Metroid because it hurts you to do it.

Yeah. Not only was it far from a save point but it was close to the crocomire boss. It hurt to do the shinespark and the worst part was you had to do it in lava which was the lava that damages you the most.

Maybe you should've waited till you had the Gravity Suit.

Oh I did. In fact I waited till end game before I came back to it. I was following a walkthrough and I had to leave 3 pickups behind. one was the lava shinespark, one I couldn't be bothered to go back to and the 3rd involved wall jumping off of one wall.

Single wall jumping makes me want to punch things...

At least i'm not the only one. I have my moments where I do it like a pro but then moments where I struggle to do 2 wall jumps in a row with 2 walls.

Yeah. It's a whole lot easier to do it in AM2R.

Well that is a relief. At least bomb hopping is something you can eventually do by spamming the bomb button.

lol Yeah. But with the spider ball you don't even need to do that.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. I feel kinda cheaty with the spider ball. You can bypass quite a lot of things. I almost bypassed the boss I mentioned.

Nice, you are keeping track of all these characters right? I wouldn't mind an RP with a bunch of them. We still have Cain and Abel as well.
